As a unique producer of steel fibres producing machines in Serbia, we can proudly say, that our machines are currently working using one of the best producing technologies at the world.

The operational process of our machines are the most lucrative, with lowest production costs and producing capacity of even more than 4000 kilograms of steel fibers per hour.

Producing costs on our machines are very small, almost insignificant comparing with other machines that belongs to other producing companies (calculating: workers needed for working on machine, sacks or carton boxes for packing, electricity, machine wearing, and also maintenance of machine). All those costs goes from cca.30 to 40 Eur per ton. Of course, producing material is excluded from mentioned amount.

On our machines, one man produces and packs fibres, electricity consumption is very small, producing process is automated (automatically speed adjustment during the producing process), only one – two times per year some parts need to be oiled, whereas blades need to be sharpened on 500 – 1000 of produced tons.

On machines competing to ours, we saw till now, some parts need to be oiled on each hour, what is making the producing time longer.
For example, if machine has 50 lubricators (places need to be oiled) there are already 50 parts to be oiled. The conclusion is that, on our machines, producing capacity per day is bigger, you do not loose much time while oiling so many parts.

Machine parts used on our machines, are cheap and rarely need to be changed. In case some parts need to be replaced, they could be found in our company any time.

Our machines have one year warranty, followed with machine service and technical support in a period of over 20 years.
