Company's work is planning carefully, incomes and results are formed follow the already fixed targets which are always continuing to become better. The main mission is fixing ambitious, but not unreal targets, jointly planning and justifying strategies for achieving success.
In addition to short-term plans, now, when conditions for the introduction of European and world quality are created, emphasis is putted on long-term plans that do not pertain only to the innovation and technology.
The priorities are on improvement of existing machines for the production of steel fibers, new machines for the production of abrasives, as well as attendance of global trends in preserving mens living and working environment. In that reason a new line for aspirating air of metal dust, has been also designed.
One of the tasks is continuing with training and educating the staff of previously formed functional team, that with their mutual confidence and respect, acquire conditions for good results and progress of the whole company and on that way, the standards for employees are continuously improving.
